Solution


The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive Moolrasa digital marketing through SEM, SEO, Social Media, CRM and all other web activities. The position acts as the daily contact for all digital agencies and pushes forward strategy as developed with the Brand Manager. He/she moderates all social community conversations and proactively engages new audiences. He/she will be a brand champion and strong communicator with both internal and external audiences.

Outdoor Strategy


Manage public comments and customer queries in a timely, engaging manner. Monitor and report results of online reviews and public commentary. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and online influencers. Facilitate and moderate conversations on all digital platforms. Identify and leverage brand ambassadors nationally and regionally. Keep up to date on community management best practices.

Act as daily contact for SEO, SEM and Social Media agencies. Safeguard the brand and ensure that all communications and creative are consistent. Responsible for project/campaign timelines, budget, KPIs, reporting, and optimization. Manage influencer outreach and strategy.
